From manufacturing to "smart manufacturing"; creating a new benchmark for smart factories

    In order to accelerate the digital transformation of manufacturing industry, FLOHAR Company actively responded to the declaration policy of smart factory, and after several months of preparation and construction, it welcomed the on-site evaluation of the expert group on March 28. The purpose of this inspection is to assess the level of intelligentization of the factory and the safety and standard production.

    General Manager Yao and Lu Ming, the head of the safety and environmental protection department, accompanied the expert group to inspect the intelligent production in the workshop and explained and elaborated on the experts' inquiries. In the control room, the experts checked the data integration capability of the industrial Internet platform from the control console and evaluated the level of intelligence of the galvanizing production line.

    The on-site assessment has set a high starting point and strict requirements. This is not only a test of FLOHAR Company's intelligent achievements, but also a new starting point for the intelligent upgrade of the factory.
