三。Solar lighting site selection requirements

1 The direction of the solar panel should be in the south direction.

2 The array board is selected to be installed around no tall buildings, trees, poles and other unobstructed sunlight and shelter. When it is not possible to meet all-day unobstructed, make sure that there is no obstruction between 9:30 and 15:30.

3 Solar lamps should be kept away from heat sources as much as possible to prevent the life of the lamps from affecting.

4 There should be no direct light source above the solar panel. In order to avoid misidentification caused by misidentification of the luminaire control system.

5 The light pole foundation civil construction should have sufficient strength, and the embedded parts should be reliable and fit with the lamp holder.

6 Protective earthing and lightning protection facilities should be designed in strict accordance with the “Code for Lightning Protection of Buildings” GB557-83. All lamp poles and electrical equipment should have reliable protective grounding and lightning protection facilities. After excavation of the foundation pit, the low pole below 12m shall be immersed in 50mm x 5mm x 1500m galvanized angle steel at the corner of the foundation pit, and the grounding resistance shall be less than 10Ω. Place the foundation embedded parts in the foundation pouring pit, and reserve the passage of the battery protection sleeve (hose or PVC pipe). The diameter of the passage is at least 2 times larger than the diameter of the protective casing. The corner of the passage should be as smooth as possible, not at right angles. It is convenient to protect the installation of the casing in the future. Finally, it is poured with C20 concrete, dense and firm.

六。Foundation construction technical requirements

1 Reserve (excavation) 1m3 pit in accordance with the standard at the position of the vertical luminaire, and carry out the positioning and casting of the embedded parts. The embedded part is placed in the middle of the square pit. Pay attention to the pre-embedded parts. 3 The length of the anchor bolt embedded in the concrete should be greater than 20 times its diameter, and it should be welded firmly with the main rib. 4 When pouring the foundation, it should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard GB50010-2002. After the construction is completed, the residual sludge on the positioning plate is cleaned in time, and the impurities on the cleaning bolt are cleaned with waste oil. During the concrete solidification process, it is necessary to regularly water the water and maintain it. When the concrete is completely solidified (generally 72h or more), the chandelier can be installed.

5 Foundation pit backfilling should meet the following requirements:

For the soil suitable for compaction, the thickness of each backfill should be tamped once, and the degree of compaction should be 80% or more of the original soil compactness.

For water-saturated cohesive soils that are not suitable for compaction, they should be layered and filled, and the compactness of the backfill should reach 80% or more of the undisturbed soil.

七。Preparation and attention before installation of street lamps

1 The lifting operation must strictly abide by the operating procedures. Special attention should be paid to the power grid lines and other lines around the hoisting equipment, as well as the surrounding structures. The lifting points should be reasonable when hoisting, and should be adjusted in time after positioning.

2 Pay attention to the beauty of the pole after installation. Starting from the foundation construction, the lamp position is controlled linearly according to the main line, and the linear design changes reasonably according to the road design. The lamp post is straight, the processing weld and the inspection port should avoid the main line direction, and the whole line is consistent. The inclination of the pole cantilever is to maintain the coordination of direction and angle.

3 The internal parts of the luminaire should be tightly inserted and inserted firmly to avoid the failure of the wind swaying and poor contact. The lamp and the lamp post, the lamp post and the cantilever are reliably fixed.

3 Check the positive and negative signs of the solar cell module to ensure that the positive and negative terminals are connected correctly. Use a multimeter to verify it to prevent flag errors. Verification method: use the red and black test pens of the digital multimeter to respectively touch the two electrodes of the battery component. If the positive value is positive, the corresponding electrode of the red test pen is positive. If the negative value is negative, the corresponding electrode of the red test pen is negative. 5 vertical lights

Before lifting and hoisting, check whether the parts are tight. When the solar panel is facing south (with a compass), the head is facing correctly.

During the lifting process, the installer needs to hold the pole to prevent the components from swaying and rubbing against the ground or the sling.

During the lifting process, the lamp head needs to be adjusted to the road surface. The long hole on the flange is aligned with the anchor bolt. After the flange falls on the foundation, two nuts are placed in turn, and the light pole and the ground are adjusted by the level ruler. Verticality, if not vertical, can be placed under the flange to make it perpendicular to the ground. Finally, tighten the nut evenly with a wrench.
